SAVE-A-BEDFORD
The Bedford Register & Drivers Club International is recognised as the ONLY Bedford Heritage organisation dedicated to saving Bedford vehicles for the future.
We welcome donations of any type of vehicle as long as it is a Bedford ! We guarantee that we will endeavour to restore your unwanted Bedford to as near original condition as possible in time and will only break it for spares with your approval when all else fails, those spares will be re.used to help save other vehicles.
The vehicles donated in Britain will be stored with the assistance of the Welsh Transport Heritage Museum Trust in South Wales and restoration will be programmed with the assistance of the the Motor Engineering Dept. of Coleg Gwent.
The Bedford Registrer & Drivers Club needs help urgently to help finance this project.
Our priority needs are:

To buy a suitable car transporter capable of recovering and transporting vehicles up to 7.5 tons

To buy materials and locate spare parts to assist with our restoration programme

To offset the costs incurred by the Welsh Transport Heritage Museum Trust in storing our vehicles.
